Fat Quarters Storage System - not my term - but very intelligent coined by Pam Rubert,
or better known as PaMdora - she has surgested that I should post a picture of the whole unit.
Here it is...........
A great love of all things textile, texture and mixed media

Wow! I would want to have one like this! Great system.
Thanks, Corryna, remember that it is a cheap storage system from IKEA, or at least it was. I think is has been discontinued. Be on the lookout for CD racks.........
Oh, that much fabric in such lovely organization makes me drool!
This encourages me to look for ways of storing my recycled fabric treasures - they aren't as easy to fold and stack as fat quarters, as they can be all sorts of shapes and sizes. Having the fabrics visible is important - and I find the tidy environment is getting more important in being able to settle down to work (unfortunately!)
looks so great they still have those CD racks
Thank you for the kind comments....... I too think that it is important to have my fabrics visible, both for the pleasure, the readyness I can find what I need. Not leasts to discover if a fabric fades - before I use it in a quilt.
